When You use any of the Services provided by Us, including but not limited to, Electrical, Plumbing, Funiture Repair, Packer & Movers, Carpentry, etc, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of these Terms of Use. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use our platforms. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between any provision of the terms and conditions mentioned herein with those of the particular service, the provisions of the terms and conditions applicable to such specific Services shall prevail.
o Project is subject to approval from the relevant governmental authorities. You are responsible to obtain all necessary government permits, licenses, and approvals. equadoor may assist you in obtaining these approvals
o Once you have selected the IRC package, you acknowledge and agree that your information and details may be shared with the relevant service providers for provision of services.
o Goods and Service tax (as per Government Regulations), and any other taxes as applicable, will apply on the quoted prices for the services.
o Any payment that has once been remitted to Equadoor is non-refundable.
o Equadoor reserves the right to modify the payment terms, project cost, timelines and handover date to accommodate any changes by you to the project documents, including specifications or material quality after sign off.
o Equadoor shall provide free home maintenance service for a period of one year from the handover date for all construction services. Free Home Maintenance includes one home inspection visit every three months and resolving any minor issues on services already provided including with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. Services specifically exclude any repairs due to physical damage caused by you or on work undertaken by you after the handover of the project.
o Equadoor shall also provide a six months general warranty on other IRC services rendered: (i) one year warranty on seepage covers water leakage due to poor workmanship by Equadoor and the service providers, (ii) six months general warranty covers damage due to poor workmanship by Equadoor and the service providers; warranty includes electrical lines (circuit issues, burnt wires), plumbing lines (CP fittings, water pipes, plumbing fixtures, carpenter lines (doors, windows, hinges). Warranties cannot be claimed for any damage not caused due to services provided by Equadoor, natural calamities, physical damage by you, seepage due to water pipe leakage or any breakage in the building, or due to work undertaken by you after handover of the project.
o You shall receive the warranties as provided by the original manufacturers or vendors on all fixtures, fittings and equipment. Equadoor will co-ordinate with the OEMs in the first six months after handover of the project.
o OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY AGREED TO AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, EQUADOOR DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITIES, WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
o Equadoor shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the services. Equadoor specifically disclaims any liability with respect to any notices or claims received from governmental/regulatory authorities with respect to the construction at the Site Property. Notwithstanding the above, the total liability of Equadoor, if any, for any reason whatsoever, shall not exceed the commission received by it.
o You shall ensure a safe and secure environment for Equadoor and project partner, their agents and representatives and other service providers, to provide the IRC services and provide adequate space for storage of materials.
o You explicitly agree that you shall not solicit any IRC services from any service provider directly.
o Equadoor will not be liable for any IRC service carried out without our knowledge by mutual agreement between you and the Service Provider.
o Equadoor reserves the right to make changes to any part of these terms and conditions at any point in the future.
• Acceptance of Terms
• These Terms of Use set forth legally binding terms for your use of our Platforms. By using, visit, accessing our platforms, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use, whether you are a “Visitor” (which means that you simply browse our Platforms) or you are a “Subscriber” (which means that you have registered with Equadoor as a user). • Equadoor’s unique business model provides You with location based service providers in a short span of time. To facilitate this, You hereby authoriseEquadoor to use the location based information provided by any of the telecommunication companies when You use the mobile phone to make a booking. The location based information will be used only to facilitate and improve services for You.
• If You use the Website or the App, You agree that information about Your use of the Equadoor Website through Your mobile telecommunication device may be communicated to us, and we may obtain information about Your mobile carrier, Your mobile device, or Your physical location. By accessing the Website using a mobile telecommunication device, Yourepresent that to the extent You import any of Your Equadoor data to Your mobile telecommunication device that You have authority to share the transferred data with Your mobile carrier or other access provider. In the event You change or deactivate Your mobile account, You must promptly update Your Equadoor account information to ensure that Your messages are not sent to the person that acquires Your old number and failure to do so is Your responsibility. • Pest Control
• Please be aware that it usually takes 3-4 days for the treatment to start taking effect and 12 days for complete outcome
• Home Cleaning
• Before initiating the job at your premises, please confirm with your ED Expert the areas included & excluded for the service that you have selected.
• We strongly advise you to make sure that all your belongings are carefully kept in a secure location. Please make sure that any sensitive material is carefully moved under your supervision only. Also, when our team is leaving your premises, please make sure that you have thoroughly checked the entire home.
• Movers & Packers
• Once you have selected the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your information and details may be shared with such Service Provider.
• You agree that once you and the Service Provider has been connected via Equadoor’s platform, the Service Provider will be required to inspect all items that need to be packed and/or moved, to communicate the estimate cost of such service. You further acknowledge and agree that only once you have accepted such estimated cost offer, will the Service Provider render the Services.
o Each booked Service is limited to one Service. Once the Service is booked, it is non-transferable.
o Goods and Service tax (as per Government Regulations), and any other taxes as applicable, will apply on the quoted prices for the Services.
o Any payment that has once been remitted to Equadoor is non-refundable. A full refund may be offered to you, in case of any cancellation from the Service Provider’s end, due to a reason not attributable to your acts or omissions.
o The Service Provider will not wait for more than 30 (Thirty) minutes at the Service premises, hence it is essential to mention the exact time beforehand. Waiting charges of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one Thousand) per hour will be applicable and payable by you, in case the Service does not start at the scheduled time, subject to the availability of the Service Provider.
o You agree that you shall be bound by the terms and conditions/policy of the service providers, whether in writing or not. These may include, without limitation, the inventory list, method of packing (fragile items, non-fragile items, and electronic equipment), insurance policy, delivery, timelines, storage, assembling and disassembling (if done), and any guidelines with respect to local and out station delivery.
o You acknowledge and agree that the Service Provider may not provide any dissembling, dismantling, or carpentry services. You further agree that some services may not be provided by the Service Provider, or if provided such services may be rendered at extra cost.
o In the event that the service provider does not communicate any such terms to you, it will be your responsibility to ask for such terms/policy at the time of inspection of the items that are to be packed and moved.
o In the event that you extend the services, you agree that the costs may be revised by the service provider.
o In the event of any loss or damage caused to you as a result of an accident, Equadoor will not be responsible for actions of any service provider. They are independent third parties who provide the services to you.
o THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY THE THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, EQUADOOR DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITIES, WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
o EQUADOOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE SERWICES. NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF EQUADOOR, IF ANY, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, SHALL NOT EXCEED RUPEES ONE THOUSAND.
o You are under an obligation to ensure the safety of the Service Provider or its personnel, while at the premises, and shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the same is provided for.
o Any dispute with regards to the quality of Service would have to be resolved mutually between you and the Service Provider.
o Equadoor will not be accountable for any misdemeanour or misbehaviour from either the Service Provider or by you.
o You explicitly agree that you shall not to solicit any services from any service provider directly.
o Equadoor will not be liable for any Service carried out without our knowledge by mutual agreement between you and the Service Provider.
o Equadoor reserves the right to make changes to any part of these terms and conditions at any point in the future.
