Refund Policy

Exceptions / non-returnable

• • Any payment that has once been remitted to EquaDoor is non-refundable.
• • If you cancel the service within 120 seconds after booking, the money will not be refundable, and it will be added on your next booking
• • EquaDoor reserves the right to modify the payment terms, project cost, timelines and handover date to accommodate any changes by you to the project documents, including specifications or material quality after sign off

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your cancelation request and let you know whether the refund shall approved or not. If approved, it will be added on your next booking. you’ll be automatically rebooked on your same email or phone number. Please remember it may take some time.
